DNA data bank should be set up dino-years back

In times of trouble, all sorts of suggestions suddenly start popping up one by one. In this a good sign or bad? I guess no one can be too sure as every situation/proposal has its pros and cons. Perhaps we can put it this way, troubled waters inspire brainstorming?

Haha...whatever it is, we can't deny that, it is at these moments, everyone can think out of the box. Ever wonder why such important bill wasn't being discussed so many decades back? DNA has not been a new discovery. Watson & Crick have educated the public on what DNA is and followed by the numerous reports and experimentations by great scientist, everyone KNOWS the benefits of what DNA is able to bring.

So, why now?

Are they indirectly admitting their dimmed wits for realizing the advantages offered by DNA profiling or it is only now, they see through the clouds that such a method is of an immense gain?
Geez. They are fools I tell you, playing exactly to his flute. Yes...they are the snakes and he is the master of the snakes.

I neither support nor dislike this master as long as we gain from him. Well. This is afterall, a give and take situation.
