My verdict/guesses:
- He never had a life as a youngster
- His life was so sad and continues to be sad because he was never into music (of any kind -- not limited to pop)
- He is envious because he is not half as popular as a young adult
- He was confined as a child and wasn't released until Y2K and the moment he came in contact with other Homo Sapiens, he was down with the Y2K bug and got to be confined again in the hospital until they relieved him into the society but the damage done was too serious for him to think straight
- He was drunk when he made the statement
- He was bias and continues to be bias
- He never wear T-shirt and jeans and thought Ms. Lavigne to be shocking to Malaysians
- He has never taken Commerce subjects and hence, do not know what income that can be earned for the already-in-a-sorry-state country (I stand corrected. He might be too good in finance till he can foresee, what good income the whole concert might bring to a certain organization)

LOL...yea...I have this ever since multiply do not allow users to upload or download songs. that's why i made blogspot my primary blogspace now..*whistles*
hehe..i personally thought that the organizer must have finally admit defeat and give some sweets to some certain people..that's why they allow the concert to go on..hahaaa
btw..besides this blog, i'm setting one e-store using blogspot too..it's in the progress now ;)
