Khatan is NOT KhataM

Goodness...how can the author mistaken that? I'd be fooled if it's me since I do not know what is the difference between the two word: khatan & khatam...but thank goodness that there are others who can explain that..just 1 alphabet differs and it changes the meaning of the word..like A LOT.

Honestly, I find it so hilarious..LOL...(the author is editing Bahasa for a weekly magazine...oh well...i thought that publisher should consider hiring a new editor as a replacement).

All the more when the author is trying to emphasize on how it wouldn't do any changes to the non-muslim and we can all live peacefully happily ever after, it got me LMAO. Obviously, if the change in law doesn't apply to the non-muslim, then nothing will affect the live of another individual but we can never be too sure that that change is not a propaganda which will be misused by some racists.

Why do they want to enforce such an extreme law into the society when it is only aimed to be of use to one race and not affective to the society as a whole? We are trying to achieve a multiracial status in which the variety of cultures and races should be treated with equal respect. Fear will not be injected into the person who wish to perform any crime with just the passing of an act. An individual has to be educated from young of what is the expected societal behavior and the group of educators has to be dedicated enough to spread this message across. Honestly, I personally think that teachers are the ones who play the major roles in this. Should they be more dedicated and earnest in their profession, our country do not have to worry too much of schools churning out young brats and the high drop-out rates.

What must be done is to review the remuneration packages for both government and private educators and make sure that their needs are met. These people are human as well and they definitely cannot perform if they have financial worries because the course of educating itself is one energy zapping profession.

I really despise the authorities for not understanding this point -- especially every time I saw a new site allocated for shopping malls. Why? HAH...these people throw in hundreds and billions into such projects and build extravagant shopping malls loaded with high end boutiques and cafes.

Like since when we need any of these?? I don't detest growth but it should be planned and at the right projects. In Kuala Lumpur alone, we have enough shopping malls to cater the whole town. The current economy is affecting everyone and it is a BS that they tell us we are not affected due to careful planning. Big players of the world are being honest in telling their people that; yes, the country is affected and they hope that their measures are working in the near future in managing the turmoils.
We should aim for a strong 'brain' growth...instead of buying 'talents and creativity' from outsiders to help us develop in the wrong department and at the same time, allows numerous brain drain in multiple area.

OH, what a country I am living in. Well, I'm still thankful though..because this is where I'm born in...a place where I don't freeze to death or burned to hell or even suffer from natural disaster. Yes...I'm thankful for the geographical location but definitely not for the people who run this place. Those people whom I admired are long gone...either rotting six feet under or soon to rot six feet under.

Btw...at the moment I enjoy reading the comments of people on Dubai's Palm Island. which I really shouldn't. The whole morning I have not been doing anything on my thesis...seriously I should get started.
There are many things on my list you know...like:
1.Organize my thesis
2.Write to Olivia
3. Reply Dan
4. Check on Philippine and Phuket
5. Read on RA related stuff
6. Clean up my room

Yea...6 tasks are killing enough..
