A New Start, Hopefully

I was delighted when I was given the possibility of taking up a technical support position by the company but after much discussion in the management, they decided that they don't want to spend to much time in training a fresh graduate for the position and thus opt for a person with a MSc.

Oh well, there goes my hope for a technical position. For a fleeting second, it actually made me felt so bad about my second year in Uni. Should I have done better for Molecular Biology, I would have made a better grade and I am sure with that, any management would consider me for a technical position. HAHAHA... *swt* (all these thoughts sometimes, make me go cuckoo and frustrated easily).

Ehem.

Anyways...it doesn't matter. Whatever it is, I shouldn't be closing my doors to opportunities (Ppl, if you are in my situation...please do open up your mind. If things doesn't go your way, try to go their way and see things in new light :) )

I have and I supposed I'm now on my way to a new path. It is a path where a lot of fresh graduates in this country are going through: the sales line in the technical world. It's not really as bad as many dreamy fresh graduates (who like yours truly here, who was so crazy to enter the world of R&D in this hopeless M'sia....but hey, don't get me wrong...I love this place...just that it still have a long way to go to chase up to our neighbours in this department. Like....50 years...so more...and for all they know, they are still battling in chosing the "best" education method for the primary/high school students) thought.

For a start, I know that I will get the exposures that I wanted as well as rewards which made a lot of people go green eye. Muahahahaa...and I know...if I do my job well...I can easily go for my MSc in a short time...perhaps with a little more networking and serious discussions with the right people, I can convince people to support my studies! Okay...that is a little too much but hey...it is a start. Moreover, by the end of the day, it all goes to this clear fact: Scientists made a discovery but it is the entrepeuner who is the one making the big bucks.

Haha...it doesn't hurt for being a little optimistic eventhough I have yet to get an offer in B&W. It seems like Life is getting more exciting now with a second interview on its way and my convocation coming soon!

~ Signing off till this Friday.
