Photo of my recent trip

I always thought that I'd prefer Maths more than Chemistry; well, not that I'm a logical person nor a 'number' person, in fact, I am more on the visual-based type of person..haha..now I hope I am making sense but ANYWAYS, while I was trying to complete my literature review by this month, I strayed from doing some serious work to reading forums on Chengdu. I was reading on the hundreds and thousand of review on mathematical models for microarray and believe me -- none of them make any sense to me. So much for preferring Maths than Chemistry..like WTF..what are those logarithms??

That was why I went on to read some forums instead and that was a really extremely bad idea. It has got me so hyped up!! The photo of Lehsan Buddha has already made me so excited and then the idea of experiencing a Face Changing Opera show? Wow...I must stop procrastinating...it is another good 10 months to come for my next trip.

Okay..back to earth now. I shall upload some of my favourite photo of my recent trip to Taipei and Yilan (dropping by at Makati).

That's the ShangriLa Bakery in Makati..I always love all the tiny bits of Christmas..the cookies..songs..and glittery confetti!
Cha time in Yilan..sighs..this time round i missed out some great bubble tea at the night market. I can't find my warm milk bubble tea ~

Now, honeymoon-ing at W Hotel will be truly one of its kind...and you don't have to bring practically any personal body care stuff. Your lotions and body/facial wash are all supplied by Bliss. That explained the price tag..

Yea..you've got to pay me in cash to get me queuing like them at Zara

Fruits - my all time favourite! For them who doesn't know, the sellers charge at a higher price if you asked them to cut your fruits into bite size. Unlike back in Malaysia..it's FOC.

I love the dogs there

Totally not my kind of food. Super oily...

I was trying to get a good shot fast as it was drizzling then but this uncle just wouldn't budge

Yes, this fish is that golden

Longshan temple..nice weather after the rain

Tee-hee..at LongShan Station

The ancient art of threading...only RM20

Rottenbough Lodge...charming inn

I must say November is a bad time to visit Yilan..it was raining from morning till night and the rain was carried forward to the next day..

This uncle has got style!

My FAVE shot

One of two in the world - Cold spring

That's about it. Ciao~

p/s: I find this site pretty good for an overall idea to travel from Chengdu to Jiuzhaiguo.
