Love Matters by Jack Neo

It is very entertaining and damn, Singaporean movies are good! To do them justice, I'd would say, Henry Chia and Mark Lee are fantastic. They need not be handsome or charming but with pure talents are just more than enough! LOL...Honestly Mark Lee is good in that scene where he goes, Madam...drink Madam...gosh...I seriously LMAO! But I wonder where did that Color phone conversation scene gone to?
The part where Henry C. goes, "Yellow, blue is this? White you want? You don't purplely call me. If you make me angry, I don't call you black" ... I love that part in the trailer!! Blast those scene editor is they 'chop' that out (If they really did...which I bet they do?)

Okay, praises aside (yes...I praise you Jack Neo..for being a good writer who is able to deliver clear cut and meaningful messages through your casts and story; full of wittiness and true-to-life quotes), Mr. Neo is trying to make something which everyone can relate to and I must agree with other critiques that he did do a good job. Indeed...although the script is not very expressive but there isn't a need for that since he has got a good cast of actors and actresses -- moreover, it is simple enough for everyone to understand.

Perhaps it is also a lil' to blunt that he is trying to project a movie aiming at the Malaysian's market since he included A LOT of embarassing news of Malaysia's political arena. Yea..the movie is entertaining...but to our expense. Even his way of capturing Malaysia's scene is different. It was done with such expertise and taste that it made our usual locally made movies look shitty. (I mean, c'mon, let's not have Singapore as the example...let's take..maybe..Entrapment or some Hong Kong made movies which use Malaysia as part of their shooting scene--the quality is there).

He made it so clearly that the whole story is set in Malaysia...from KL to PJ to Chow Kit...Sex scandal to underage sex video-made-online. Now, tell me if it's not at the expense of Malaysia?

Right, readers who supported Jack Neo may agree with him that Malaysia does not have anything to be proud of --especially at the moment and D. Lee Chong Wei...and D. Michelle Yeoh..and...maybe Kelisa (I'm driving one so I'm proud of it..HAHA) but anyhow, okay...fine...fine...I agree with his views...but then again, this is like an international declaration to point the finger and make a clown out of Malaysia's (politicians...especially the by-elections..well...what is so glorious about that?)

At the moment, I can see Malaysia as Benny in the movie....with his pants off.

*shakes head*
